Week 2 DQ2 Kathy Doherty was arrested for possession of cocaine and as well for stolen property, she was sentenced with felony for drug possession and felony for possession of stolen property. First of all, we should start by making her return the stolen things back to the store. On my opinion, the best punishment that serves the offender and the society would be to serve the city with community service. As well, putting her in a rehab center as a punishment would be good for her that way she could have some professional help and have future on life. Knowing that is her first drug offense and she had no prior arrest
