Can the product be produced? Can the service be delivered consistently? Is the market large enough? Is the market growing?  Can we identify specific customers who will die to have our product? Can the company compete in the market and take a sizable share of it? Does the company have what it takes to play in the industry (are there barriers)? Will the market be profitable for the company? Will the company provide sufficient level of ROA or ROI for us and the investors? Can we obtain sufficient financial resources? Do we have the right organization and team? Does the organization have the right expertise? Is there sufficient commitment and focus?  Does it offer significant synergies with our existing businesses?
