BioGD 2810/2800 Genetics Fall 2008 Lecturer: Ross MacIntyre Office: 407 Biotechnology e-Mail: [email protected] Laboratory Coordinator: Dr. Debra Nero, 204 Biotech, [email protected] Note: Dr. Nero will hold Problem Solving sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. Both sessions are held in room 105 Riley Robb. The Wednesday session will be a repeat of the Tuesday session. The first Problem Solving session will be Tuesday, September 2. A third session will be arranged. In order to be included in the third session you MUST contact Dr. Nero the first week of class. Problem Solving shows you how to apply the concepts learned in lecture to the types of problems you will have on the exams. The assigned textbook problems will NOT be addressed. Textbook: Genetics: From Genes to Genomes , Hartwell, et al. 3rd Edition, McGraw Hill publishers (required). Study Guide/Solutions Manual, Nero 3d edition (required).
