AB209 Small Business Management: You Want a Job? I’ll be starting an interviews for 10 applicants for the positions of Kitchen Manager, Head Cook and Frontline Associates (Which these associates will be stationed on the grill and cook quick plate dishes only). First step would be to see the candidate’s application and resumes, to slim down the most qualified to people that should be given a chance at an interview. In determining the most qualified, I’ll take a look into the experience (work history), skills and education. Of course with having recipes, you’ll need to be able to read. I’ll send a reading assessment, while running a background check through a separate agency to ensure that each person is who they say they are; as well as their work history. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
