Skills are behaviors that are learned and owned throughout the career experience. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and evaluate my critical thinking skills in decision – making and problem – solving, and what are my career goals in the future. Critical Thinking Skills and Professional Skills One of the main job responsibilities for a healthcare professional is to gather data, analyze and process the information and make decisions. Healthcare is itself a complex business therefore it requires to make complex decision most of the time. It is vital for healthcare employees to have clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
