Hygiene in Health Care Setting 1 Methods of data analysis In the study, the exclusion and inclusion criteria will be based on the following information or characteristics. For a source to be excluded, such factors as lack of quantifiable data, lack of measures used and also the ethical considerations applied while conducting the study. Furthermore, the sources from years beginning from 1999 and backward will be excluded. The inclusion of data sources will be based on their data quality; the issue addressed, the years and the targeted population in audiology. The data from all the sources will be combined in a narrative review. Calabrese et al. (2007), Bartlett (2006) and Jeremias, A., and Gibson (2005) observes that the application of historical review in data and information analysis is a practical approach that allows for a clear conclusion of the information gathered. Furthermore, Borman and Dowling (20080, Joseph et al. (2007) and Joy and Hegele (2009) applied the method, and all their studies were well presented in a clear and correct format. Therefore, the method chosen is justified by previous works of studies done.
