Fortune , Fortune Insider, August 31 st , 2017 On Thursday, there are more than 1.5 million additional fraudulent accounts which are discovered, bringing the total to 3.5 million for the Wells Fargo’s face accounts scandals. The scandals which happened one year ago, still get harmful for the corporation until today. CEO John Stumpf who is in charge for the scandals has misleading answers for the scope of the scandal in the congress. He doesn’t want to admit the problems at all, however, 5,300 employees were fired for the responsibilities. So, the ethical issues should be mention in this, the CEO cause damage for the employees who are a stakeholder of the company. There are many employees work in a bad ethical culture and they have become a victim of sale target. Because, the corporation set goals very high in cross-selling, but rather than encourage the employee to support the program, Wells Fargo employed the time honored strategy.
