It basically says here what we are going to do and you better do it or you won’t get a good pay check. This makes the employee feel like what they think is insignificant. Option B on the other hand allows employees to communicate how they feel they should be compensated. This way a fair compensation plan can be constructed and the employees can not say that it is unfair because they basically are the ones who created it. ...
