AEM Marketing Plan Development and Team Building Prof Perosio Instructions for  Final Marketing Plan Due Date  For both classes, the final plan is due at your showcase.   Please hand in your  completed plans (2 bound copies). Purpose The purpose of this assignment is for you to combine all of your component  assignments into a cohesive marketing plan. Assignment Overview  Congratulations! After many long hours of work you have now completed all of  the components you need to complete your final marketing plan.  The best way  to begin the process of completing your plan is to go back and re-read all of the   feedback   that you received from your teaching assistant when previous drafts  were graded.  If you incorporate their sage advice, you are certain to produce a  higher quality plan.  Based on the above, the next step should be to re-vise all of the components You should pay particular attention to what we have referred to all semester as  internal consistency .  To review, this means is that  each section should flow  logically from those which precede it . For example, the reader should be able to  easily grasp the appropriateness of the specific promotional tactics you have  chosen based on the objective that you are trying to achieve.   Likewise, the  objective should naturally follow from the conclusions you drew from the SWOT  analysis.  In addition, all of the sections should be grounded and integrated in the  context of your comprehensive and carefully documented market research –  and  every element of your plan should be consistent with the mission and values of  the organization There are five final elements that need to be added to your plan to make it  complete.   1) Development of an Executive Summary 2) Complete your Works Cited list
