Michael Ehrentraut, the owner of Mikes Minute is interested in expanding his convenience store. I would like to propose to him that Washington would be a good location for his new store, although he is considering other areas. This store would employ local people, increase revenue in Washington, and the customer base for the two stores would increase thus proving beneficial for both Michael and the local economy. My plans for researching this proposal will include contacting realtors for location information, local city officials to evaluate their interest in having Michael open a store in Washington, and vendors to insure deliveries.
