Weight Watching and Exercise By: Troy Zitzelsberger 1. The best, healthiest and most reliable way to lose weight and keep it off is to maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly. 2. Watching what you eat and exercising is the best way to lose weight and keep it off because it promotes a healthy lifestyle and instills good habits that become a part of the dieter’s lifestyle. 3. Exercising and paying attention to nutritional value is the best diet because it promotes a healthy lifestyle. The increasing U.S. population that is considered obese is at an all time high and is expected to increase. Obesity and the health problems that accompany it have caused the death of many Americans. Among the problems that obesity can cause are increased blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and strokes. With obesity becoming more abundant, good health has and is increasing to become a greater concern among many Americans. With so many people looking to lose some weight, many diets have come about. Although there are numerous diets all designed for the same purpose, not every diet is healthy nor do they all achieve the desired results. The best diet out there is often overlooked by people looking for fast results however unhealthy the diet is they choose. The best, healthiest and most reliable way to lose weight and keep it off is to maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly.
