Human Resource Management from Recruitment to Labor Relations The human resource management theory has been studied for a long time. There has been different scientists studying the theory and have developed different ways of managing the business and employees. The human resource management theory is a theory of management but it focuses on the employees rather than their asset to the organization. It is managed to place a high value on how employees feel about their membership in the organization. I think there are a lot of factors in the future that will shape human resource management theory because the trends are changing every year. Society is changing and as things change, people want and need change also. The management theory will change because it will increase the motivation and productivity for employees who would change their views and beliefs depending on the employees’ needs.
