FIrst is "Overuse of ad hoc immunizing hypotheses, it works as an escape hatch, i.e. physics tried to perform feast of ESP in the real world like reading others' minds or just telling the future, however when they brought results to the lab, it showed that they are perfoming no better then a chance. Second sign is "Exaggerated claims", it promises a dramatic cure. Third one is "Overreliance on anecdotes" i.e. diet products and weight loss programs are a great example of companies using anecdotal evidence to their full potential. Fourth is "Absence of connectivity" usually new findings build on previous findings. EFindings don't build upon prior scientific findings. Fifth sign is "Lack of peer review" is a good example of being reluctant to be evaluated by experts. Sixth sign is
