HOW TO PASS LL043 1) Attend every class. 2) Check the learning plan frequently so that you don’t miss important deadlines. 3) Purchase a Presenters Podium code from the bookstore and register ASAP. This is mandatory. Along with the code you purchase, you need your professor’s course code: 673b3d29. 4) Do the readings and homework each week. 5) Purchase a dictionary ( paper only – English or translating) to use in class, for all in-class writing assignments, for pronunciation homework, and for reading homework. This is optional. You are not required to have a dictionary, but if you buy one, be sure to get one that shows pronunciation. You could also download a good dictionary app. 6) Participate in class and be willing to try new ways of doing things. Ask questions, try to answer questions, practice your pronunciation, and don’t be afraid of mistakes. Mistakes are gifts that help us learn.
