Willie2 The conflict between Emma and Isabella would be a woman vs. woman conflict I feel as though the manger should have be able to identify when the early warning signals showed up between Emma and Isabella. The manger could have also sat them both down and discuss the situation and point out both women strong points. Yet also point out that both them have knowledge and or skills to cover the project which is why they were both chosen for the project. Also, adding more people to the group might have also helped by providing less of a stressful environment. Having more people involved in the project would eliminate the bias that their way to do the
