Environment -from the French environner : to encircle or surround Whatever is around us constitutes our Environment Components of Environment: - Physio-Chemical - Biological: Biodiversity and ecological Human interest related Biotic factors : Plants, animals, bacteria all are biotic or living factors Abiotic factors : These are non-living factors that affect living organisms. Environmental factors such as habitat or weather etc are abiotic factors.
