Future Issues in Health Care Funding Ruby-Rose Reyes, Kirsten Lind, & Christina McCauley HCS/405 University of Phoenix Technology has proven to be a portal for improvement, innovation, and solutions that provide success in the healthcare field. However, technology’s impact on a healthcare manager can be seen in a multitude of ways including healthcare beyond the clinic or hospital setting and with this comes an increase in stress to ensure that the new technology is being implemented correctly and quickly by staff. With the continued expansion of how technology continues to become involvement in health care, the consistently improved positive outcomes for patients, and the improved overall patient care, it is imperative that the healthcare manager understands how to use the systems, how to train or have trainings set up, and to ensure that the right technology is used to meet the facilities goals.
