3.4 Dust Bowl Assignment 2017 The Dust Bowl created in the 1930’s in the southwestern United States was partially due to poor farming practices. Find out in what ways farmers damaged the soil. Find out what farmers in that region do now to prevent a recurrence of the Dust Bowl. Do you think that these practices will be enough to prevent another Dust Bowl? Why or why not?
