Surname 1 Name Professor Course Date Interview with Dalyne Trevor, the CEO of the Daily MBA I had a chance to interview Dalyne Trevor the CEO of the Daily MBA and Miss Hill, the Chairperson of the Moranbah taxi services. The Daily MBA is an organization that helps the young and new entrepreneurs and the new managers who are experiencing the complexities in their management. It also provides consultation services to the young entrepreneurs who wants to start their own businesses. On the other hand, Moranbah taxi services provides taxi services to its customers through their internet platform. Introduction to the Leadership Roles and Responsibilities. There are several responsibilities that these two leaders have on their companies. The Daily MBA ensures efficiency by using some of the most effective methods of consultation to ensure that their clients get the help that they need. Mr. Dalyne have been a leader in the company for eleven years.They also have posts that have discussions on the management topics that anyone can have access to. The company is a fresh perspective with several new ideas that are meant to help the entrepreneurs who are facing hardship. On the other interview, Moranbah taxi services has been providing transport to its customers. Miss Hill have been a leader for six

Surname 2 years. The customers boo appointments through their online platform and the taxis pick them up. Some of the things that count my attention while doing the interview were the responsibilities that this company had and the sacrifices that they were making to help others maintain their businesses. They had massive responsibilities on their shoulder. In my opinion, this is one of the most demanding jobs on the planet, helping people. The fact that Mr. Dalyne had been in the consulting firm for more than ten years meant that he had seen it all. He had gone through ups and downs and therefore is the right person that I could interview. The type of person that everyone would like to listen to get the best advices from. Leadership journey within the company The journey that both the leaders have gone through is quite interesting. The leadership journey that Mr. Dalyne has gone through has been from one step to the other. From being regular and normal employees and climbing through the ranks up to where he is now is something that everyone could learn something about. I was also concerned about the number of people that supported him throughout the leadership journey and how they specifically helped him. I also asked the CEO to mention some of the reasons why he felt that the Daily MBA was special and what made it different from the competitors. Leadership style- Strategic Leadership As the CEO of the Daily MBA, Dalyne Trevor uses strategic leadership among other styles depending on the situation.
