Noah Brown Morgan Voorhis 110 English Composition September 14, 2016 What Is My Family Like? Family to me is a group of people who have each other’s back through thick and thin; they would give their life for that other person if required. My family I feel is like a tree. My Dad is the trunk -the very thing that keeps the tree upright. Without the trunk the tree can also not be able to transport all the nutrients throughout the tree that it needs and the tree would not logically be able to stay alive for maybe more than a few minutes. My Dad is the CEO of a company known as my Nutra Space where they come out with revolutionary health apps and products such as GluCare and the Perricone Px. He is also the pastor of my home church called Living Word Christian Fellowship. Each of our members has their own unique testimonies. My Mom is greatly into life changing oils called Young Living Essential Oils and has started her own counseling company called Omega Counseling. She also started an organization that helps single moms called Treasure of Hope. They love the verse Joshua 24:15 which says, Choose you this day whom ye will serve, but as for my house and I we will serve the 1
