Name UNV-103 Date Instructor Leadership and Service Leadership is a way to guide and direct people to accomplish a goal or a mission. Serving others allows an individual to offer them their help or resources. With the program I am taking, I will be able to lead and serve my people by providing the guidance and skills that were thought to me at GCU. Putting my skills to work is the basic concept of being able to allow myself to be a leader and be able to serve to anyone as well. This can prepare me for whatever predicament I am put in as far as my field of study, or maybe even a life situation where my assistance may be needed.
