Julio Carmona HSC 305 09/28/2017 Once you watch the video of “Woman Slaps Man, Rejects Advances” the first thing that comes to mind is the fact the gentleman is putting his hand on her which in most cases is sexual harassment but we are examining intentional torts. You can clearly hear the woman say “I once ruined a man’s career, don t you forget about that”. She is saying that with intent because according to her it has been done before. Slander comes to mind when I heard her say she once ruined a man’s career, she could go a lot of avenues because she is upset like black mail, saying false things to win a case against the man. When looking at the history of intentional torts we see that lawsuits that involve intentional torts versus unintentional torts are very different because the amounts of damages a person gets from an unintentional tort case is less than that of an intentional tort lawsuit. As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
