BUSN 1100 - Concentration and Career Assignment Spring 2017 GOALS To inform you on the concentrations at D’Amore-McKim School of Business, which includes detailed information on the curriculum. Includes concentration requirements and list of current electives. To demonstrate the types of co-op jobs and employers who have traditionally hired our students. To highlight some career paths that result from specific concentrations. To assist you in declaring an initial concentration (by April 30) so that you enroll in the appropriate BUSN 1103 section and assigned a Co-op Faculty Coordinator METHOD – Learn, Engage, and Reflect This assignment is intended to be personal, interactive, and reflective as you review concentration choices, co-op opportunities, and career paths available to you. PART 1 – LEARN AND ENGAGE: Participate in two (2) D’Amore-McKim Career Activities You may attend any combination of two (2) events from the activities described below: 1. Attendance at any D’Amore-McKim Student Club with a guest speaker.
