“PSYCHOLOGY” 2 Part A Question 1 Target behavior to modify is my sleeping pattern. I chose to change my sleeping pattern (behavior). Reason why such is a problem is because I was staying up all nights watching TV that has become a norm to me (Smith, 2015). Question 2 I choose to change this conduct because I got little sleep and rest is a significant facet of life as well as having a decent sleeping behavior is a good attribute (Smith, 2015). One advantage I would obtain from such changes is that o would be more thrilled/refresh all through the day without having to feel weary and similarly I can accomplish my day-to-day task without having postponing Question 3 For one week I have observed my sleeping pattern. One night I went to bed at 11:40pm and the other night it was 12:30. The earliest time I went to bed was at 10:00 and the latest was at 1am (Smith, 2015). Every morning I wake up at 4:30 because I have to get myself and my 2 years old twin ready for work and school. The fact that my bed times varies my body response to sleepiness during the day. On some occasion I would sleep through my alarm clock and when I do realized it’s late so I have to rush to get my kids and myself ready, which would result in me arriving to work late. Am so exhausted during the day that I sometimes failed to accomplish all my task at work.

“PSYCHOLOGY” 3 My main stimulus is my television, homework and organizing the kids’ stuff for school the next day. I usually stay up late night watching my favorite shows after putting the boys to bed. Another condition is my home, I work all day and still come home to take care of the boys that leaves me with no choice but to complete my school at night. I usually start my home work at 9:30 most of the times, it sometimes varies on when the boys feel asleep.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
