CS260P W EEK -O NE Boyd Week One - Review of VMs and a Basic Installation Before Lab Preparation Before lab this week you should read the following in the RHEL Installation Guide (version 7.3): secs 3.1, 3.2, 3.8, and chapter 5 (except 5.1.2) for the basics chapter 6 (some parts dont apply - use it for an overview of the install process) chapter 7: 7.1.1, 7.2.1, 7.3.2-7.3.6 Description This week we will review the use of virtual machines (which will be new for some of you) including remote command-line access to your VMs accessing your VM at the GUI and accessing it securely remotely using X11 forwarding
