Running head: 5.4 ETHICS RIGHT 2 Working in healthcare organization it is important to have good executive leaders to apply the ethical voice throughout the company. The company that I currently work for enforce ethics, and diversity throughout the company. Surgical Care Affiliate is always available to address ethic issue with their employees, if an employee does not feel safe voicing their opinion , with their manager the employee has an opinion to log on to the voice and voice their opinion. The company I work for is always looking promote decision making that is appropriate when working with their employees. Every six months there is a town home meeting being held that speaks clearly on the diversity, culture, and the business organization. Working for SCA for almost three years I believe that the company provides a great deal of diversity in the workplace. I do not believe that there is any discrimination taking
