Credibility statement (Your group’s credibility)- It is important to realize interpersonal communication isn’t some strange and foreign concept... D. Thesis statement (Central Idea) – Interpersonal Communication is most effective through the use of face-to-face communications (especially those in the workplace), nonverbal actions such as body language, and the positive responses from speaking to another person. Transition In business, communication is ideal. Without it, your business may crash and not be functionable. II. Body Sub-Point One- Izzy Main point #1 (Topic Sentence) Both customer service and interpersonal communication skills are necessary to make a business function. a.
