4 Motivation across cultures I am quite interested in Maslow' Theory. It should say that this theory does bring some thoughts to our daily, work life. Yet it seems to emphasize too much on the need's sequence. For example, in the theory, Maslow said that only when people no longer worry about the physiological needs and safety needs then will they concern the social and self-esteem issues.
