This is my argument presented in a relative perspective to younger workers in reference to older workers effecting youth employment: There seems to be a perspective that the employment of youth is affected by the  number of older workers we have with us today.  The only way this could be the case is  if two factors would have to be true: there would only be a certain amount of work in the  economy not affected by older workers retirement and that younger workers are being  used as substitutes for older workers (Kalwij,Kapteyn, & De Vos, 2010).  This just isn’t  the case.  Studies have shown that younger workers are not equivalent to older workers making them not suitable substitutes but instead compliments to older workers  (Kalwij,Kapteyn, & De Vos, 2010).  Rather than seeing these elders as competition, you  should see them as mentors.  They are the ones who have been here to execute and

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
