Robert Ferraro Short Paper week 2 9/17/17 An organizational audit was conducted at the South African army to determine the individual differences of the employees. Professor Ophillia Ledimo from the University of South Africa conducted the audit. Professor Ledimo is the head of the Department of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University. In this research a qualitative study was conducted where there were 238 participants that were randomly selected by a computer program. The participants in the study were mostly made up of people who were 35 years of age or above (58%) and was predominately made up males as well (61.1%). The race of the participants was predominately African (65.9%) with whites being the second highest ratio (22.7%). Most participants had a high school education as the highest level while also being at the company for more than 10 years (Ledimo, 2015). Each participant was given a questionnaire as well as a cover letter explaining the purpose of the study. The questionnaire included two sections. Section A looked at the individual differences such as age, gender, race, job level, and
