Read Chapter 3. Answer the questions in the "Pause and Reflect" box on page 68 and the "Ethical Challenge" box on page 96. Post your answers here and reply to at least 2 classmates. Pause & Reflect 1.  My parents have been a constant ego-booster in my life by always being by my side,  making me feel worthy, beautiful, and smart. They have never failed to encourage me or  to build me up when I am feeling down.  2. As a child, I was bullied in school. But I remember a time when I was young where my grandpa made fun of my weight just like the kids did at school, and it was very damaging to our relationship. As an adult, I have been able to talk to him about how he made feel as a child and have since mended our relationship.  3. I have a friend who is very self-conscious and unsure about several things she does,  and I always make sure to tell her how beautiful, smart, and capable she is. I think this
