BUS ADM 748 Ch 10 HW A.) A formal meeting would be the best media type for this scenario. A face-to-face meeting is the best way to approach conflict resolution, should any occur. Also, the manager may have a better understanding of why the employees are coming in at the time they do and work towards a compromise. B.) For this scenario, it would be best to use email, then a follow-up meeting. Emails allow the time for creative thinking/ ideas to develop. Once the emailed ideas are sent, I would think a meeting would be best to interpret the ideas and build off what ideas were previously sent.
