BUS ADM 748 HW 3 Discuss the importance of following a well-integrated change control process on IT projects. What consequences can result from not following these best practices? What types of change control would be appropriate for small IT projects? What types of change control would be appropriate for large IT projects? The following of a well-integrated change control process is of high importance, since every project will require modifications at some point in the project life cycle. These changes may be of low importance and require minimal work, high importance and require an exorbitant amount of work, and anything in between. Incorporating this process allows for project teams to work on identifying, evaluating and managing any modifications with relative ease.
