INNOVATION AT INTERNATIONAL FOODS 3 Innovation at International Foods According to the case study, International Foods Group (IFG) is the largest purveyor of food products in the world and acquires dozens of new companies each year (McKeen & Smith, 2015). Glow-Foods, owned by Josh Novak, is one of IFG’s recent purchases. Due to his reputation for success in using social network marketing, Josh was recruited by IFG as a social networking team manager in hopes to help IFG target youth and young adult consumers. While his success at Glow Foods was acknowledged, Josh experienced a handful of problems when trying to share his ideas at IFG.
