The borrower must be issued a library card from the librarian in order to borrow the book. Once the borrower is issued a card, then he/she is able to use the book for a certain period of time. The book must be returned on the date given to avoid consequences of fines. Actor: Borrower Trigger: Type  External X Temporal Preconditions: The borrower has personally chosen to borrow a book from the university library. Normal Course 1. Receive a library card to borrow a book 2. Choose book that he/she wishes to borrow 3. Check out book with the librarian and use library card 4. Obtain a return date for the book 5.
