Describe a situation in which a natural-language interface may be more beneficial for users than other input methods would be. Include the intended audience, the main purpose of the application, and why a natural-language interface would be more suitable for this situation. It is used on most telecommunications systems and by most people who use voice to text/search. As with any system, there are advantages and disadvantages to this type of system.
