According to you, do you feel that this model can be improved to be beneficial to your programs or should it be scrapped off? If it is to be improved, what steps do you recommend? If it is to be scrapped off, which method would you like to be used instead of this one? What would you like the upper management to do in order to boost your morale in terms of the job performance? Taking into consideration your employee morale as at now, do you think that failure to change the model will cost the corporation in terms of profits it obtains?
