MARKETING 2 Brand Audit Executive Summary The Coca Cola Company is the leading producer of soft drinks and beverages internationally. It offers a variety of brands of soft drinks and is also widely distributed in several countries over the world. Through its success, Coca Cola has become a household name. The Coca –Cola Company begun trading on the NYSE since early 1990s and deals with non-alcoholic soft drinks, and it markets them worldwide. Due to the long time participation on the NYSE, Coca-Cola is the best company to analyze in terms of brand equity. For this reason, I will give a lot of information, on real image, and marketing trends and the different brands the company has. Many writers portray the coca-cola company as one of the best company with unquestionable marketing trends. The reality is justified by the fact that the coca-cola company offers the best price rates that favor most of the countries economically and financially in the market. The marketing success of coca-cola company is made possible by the fact that it covers a vast geographical area with many consumers and also the provision of different brands in its products. Due to harmonized prices of coca-cola products, the company targets almost all the individuals of the society from the lowest class to the (Brownsell, 2011). In the past year, Coca-Cola has been identified as one of the most selling products in the food and beverage platform (Petty, 2012). The reason behind this success in the market is because; Coca-Cola is available in over 180 countries in the world making it enjoy more customers. Coca-Cola products such as Coke, Fanta, Sprite, among other products are the mostly selling and well known brands of Coca-Cola in the world. The highest sale of Coca- Cola products is experienced from teenage children across adult age. Different attitudes of playfulness, humor, enjoyment and sometimes fun is associated by the consumption of Coca-

MARKETING 3 Cola Products. These entertaining personalities with bright colors together with fruity taste guarantee the Coca-Cola product lots of fans (Petty, 2012). It is therefore imperative to consider the brands of the Coca-Cola Company for auditing due to its vast advantages in the market. Also, Coca-Cola Company depicts the world of fun even in the design of its different brands. It represents a colorful world that usually welcomes everyone more so the youths who are more sensitive to colors. Again, Coca-Cola products are made in a more friendly way and do not have any threatening health effects in the body (Petty, 2012). Product and brand description The major threat to the company performance relies on the ability to compete well in the market. Different brands are created with the primary aim of competition in the market.
