1. How important are communication skills in project management? Project manager is the one, who is responsible for the flow of the project, who is a professional in making a project success. Project manager is the first person to contact in any kind of issue of the project. They spend most of the time with the team members and groups about the status and problems of the projects, so most of the time will be spent on the project related activities. If the project manager is not up to the mark in communicating with the team members or the groups then there is a higher possibility of losing the project. Every project is dividing as multiple tasks in the project lifetime, tasks are divided between groups, so it is the project manager’s responsibility to take care of the deadlines. This is impossible without communication with the groups. Communication is not only about speaking to and hearing from people, it is about understanding the complete message.
