The benefits of developing a quality management program within the organization are endless.
Organizational framework will enhance the ability of all employees and expand proficiency
ensuring professionalism and valuable services are at the forefront. A quality management
program will be the difference in having an organization that has set practices and standards
that are above and beyond the public’s expectations. Or having an organization that is known
for mediocre service. The culture of quality management must be a goal that everyone in the
organization believes in. Even the most superior positions must make a commitment to
harvesting a culture of quality. In order to achieve the desired culture of quality, the
organization must establish a clear message about the value of quality for the organization by
embracing training, clinical excellence and quality administration.
