The consultants inthe company work remotely from home. The office function is purely administrative with a teamof 10 people. The Managing Director has announced that the offices will be relocated to the areaaround Dubai, UAE so as to reduce costs. Moreover, she wishes to retain the same sizeadministrative team.Thus, the project management process will purely concentrate on therelocation of the offices of the company from our current location to a new area around Dubai,UAE. The MD wishes to maintain the same size of the administrative team and also the goalsand objectives of the company should remain the same.
