Click the United States, then Brazil, then Pakistan. How does the index vary across these countries? The United States, in the West, has the highest HDI and Pakistan, in the east, has the lowest HDI What statics can you find to justify your answer above? US HDI: .915 Brazil: .755 Pakistan: .538 Step Three: How does development compare around the world? Turn on the human Development Index layer Which regions are most developed? Least developed? European/Western countries tend to be more developed while Eastern and most of the African countries are least developed.
