The company should focus on grouping individuals with others who get along well. If individuals are placed with others who do not get along well then, they will not be a successful group of individuals. The first task that must be developed is an objective. To develop a team that will function cohesively, ever team member should clearly understand the objectives of the team. Once this goal is established then employees will then be able to function accordingly, to work together to complete their goals.

They must also develop different methods to aid in their communication, such as exchanging phone number, setting up emails, using chat groups, and having meetings regularly so that they have the means to communicate with ease.
