Bureaucratic management which highlight on efficiency but not much on effectiveness. This theory of management creates a clear role and job scope for each employee, thus making the top management easier to manage the organization, as everyone would know what they will be doing due to having standard operating procedures for their job and also policies in the organization to regulate them. Because of this, it makes the organization well operated and easy to manage, making it very efficient as everyone is doing their own specific job tasks. Employees would be focusing on their own tasks and in the long run, they will be very experienced in their own field, thus increasing efficiency of the organization. However, it does not emphasize much on the effectiveness of the management using bureaucratic theory. It does not take account for the emotional states of the
