Ashley Roberts CWV-101 Professor 9/2/17 Benchmark-Gospel Essentials Christian Worldview The way we view our world is called worldview. Each of us has their very own worldview, however not all of us share the same worldview. The decisions we make, the morals we choose to use and how we live make-up our own worldview. People who have a Christian worldview are known to have committed to living their lives by the teachings of Jesus Christ. Humanity, God, and Jesus are the essentials of a Christian worldview. God In Christianity, God is the ultimate reality. God existed for anything else was created. That God has the supreme authority and absolute power over all things. All he had to do was say the word and it was created. We change to adapt to our surroundings but God does not change. He remains constant. God is eternal and he lives forever. He is the alpha and omega, he is the beginning and the end. God is very powerful. He has power over heaven and Earth. God is all- knowing and he knows everything. He is in our every thought. He knows every little thing about his children. When we have situations arise in our lives God is with us during each and every step. We may thing that we are alone but we are never alone, he is will us always. God has countless characteristics. He even has characteristics are considered personal characteristics. God is good and provides his children with everything that they need. He loves his children even when we turn away from him and sin. He does not show favoritism towards any of his children. In God’s eyes, all his children are equal. God is faithful and never turns his back on his children. He is also known for being a creator. Here are the things that God has created. On day one, light was created. On day two, he created the heavens and the waters. Day three, all the dry lands were created. On day four, the sun and moon was created. Fish and birds were created on the fifth day. On day six, he created the land animals and humans. He was very wise when he created all these things. Over everything he created he gave man dominion over all things.
