The jewish war affected the sadducees because after the destruction of the temple they were essentially absent due to not having a temple.Sicarii, or “The Fourth Philosophy” were anti-roman revolutionaries who believed the land of Israel rightfully belonged to the Jews and the must use all measures to guarantee the right. 4.) What i understood from the text is that. Mary physically is a woman, but once she dies and becomes a spirit. Since she believes in christ, when she ascends to heaven and becomes a spirit she will be equal to men in the Kingdom of Heaven. This would be redaction criticism, due to me editing through the text and making my own simplifications. 5.) The author changes something in the text. (Each author has their own unique emphasis). When you compare similar gospels, you see a lot of similarities and differences. Which makes each gospel unique, because we see their editorial eye. Each of the gospel writers in Mthw,MK
