MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT made and entered into by and between:
The Hafele Philippines Inc. a duly registered merchandising company created and
existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with office address at
Levi Mariano Avenue, Barangay Ususan, Taguig City , and herein represented by its
Human Resource Head, Ms. Jenilyn A. Mesa , and hereinafter referred to as the
“ Hafele Philippines Inc .” ;.

The POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES , a state university create
and existing under the laws of the Philippines, with principal address at Anonas St.,
Sta. Mesa, Manila, herein represented by its Vice President for Branches and
Campuses, PROF. PASCUALITO B. GATAN , and hereinafter referred to as the
“ PUP”.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the PUP , has established a professional program for its students, taking up
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, called the On-the-Job Training (OJT)/Practicum Program,
the objectives of which is to train students to become competitive and technologically
innovative professionals through actual exposure to a professional workplace;
WHEREAS, the “ Hafele Philippines Inc .” supports this program and is willing to give
the students of the PUP a course related work assignments and expose them to actual learning
experiences;
NOW THEREFORE , for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties
hereby bind themselves to undertake this Agreement under the following terms and conditions:
