Glenda Martínez Basic English Jim Brouillette Policy in El Salvador In this journal entry I would like to talk about politics in El Salvador, because it is an important topic for those that want to know more about my country and know the reality of them. Politics in our country is depreciated to the point that it makes no sense their book value. Salvadoran society recognizes that the characteristic adjective describing more closely to politics is corruption. Salvadoran people used to hearing that politicians are false people, opportunistic, irresponsible, that loves being individual rather than collective interests. The routine consists of pessimistic comments Salvadorans who assume that politics is a "dirty" activity, followed by people who are not admiration is due and get their charges, not meritocracy, but by social connections key or being part of the main cast and favorite of some political party.
