Final: The Warhead Cable Test Dilemma case There are at least three obvious ethical issues at Bryson Cable. First of all, the biggest issue that will affect the future of the company was how Harry Jackson chose to disregard defects in a batch of laminated cable the company produced for one of their major customer. Even after Stanton Wong reported to him about the failed samples and the delamination, Harry still decided to do nothing and instead wait if the inspector Jane Conway may or may not discover the problem. This is a huge professional crisis that showed his work ethic, as a manager he is responsible to provide quality products for their customers. The second ethical problem, is that Harry as the plant manager and a vice president of operations harassed his women employees. This is serious sexually harassment, he used his power to control and not respect his employees. The last ethical problem is that Jane as the customer’s source inspector she did not conducted her own elevated heat seal test, bust just using Stanton’s test data. Jane did not fulfil her responsible
