They have recently experienced a sharp increase in the demand for their products which requires them to double their output. This requires the need for more employees and the decision was made that establishing an HR department would be the appropriate choice to help manage these changes. In order to succeed at this better, this project was developed by the HR team to help them effectively manage the employees at Motors and More. The organizational structure was analyzed in its current state and a detailed plan was created that singled out crucial areas of heightened focus and attention. These areas of focus were: business strategy, HR organizational design, recruiting and retention, compensation, training and development, and a HR forecast plan. The intent of this project was to highlight the ways in which the HR department will help Motor and More achieve their expansion goals and specifically how they can sustain it for the foreseeable future.
